Our groups are small to make it possible for our instructors to give all participants
attention, support and instruction.
Naturally you can just drop in, but if you want to be sure we recommend you make
a reservation to our Front Desk.

Although Fitness Classes are not considered as public events we have chosen to respect the recommendations
and keep our small classes even smaller for the time being.
